注意事項

- ＊表示価格はすべて税込です。（免税対応は行っておりません。）
- ＊限定アイテムは、1種につき、お一人様2点までお求め頂けます。なお、以下のアイテムは、1種につき、お一人様2セットまでお求め頂けます。

- ＊混雑時は入店制限を行います。入店待機列にお並び下さい。整理券の発行は行いません。なお、混雑状況によっては入店待機をお断りさせて頂く場合があります。
不良品の対応

- ＊購入した商品に初期不良があった場合に限り、良品と交換いたします。ただし、交換品がご用意できない場合は返品・返金となります。お客様都合による返品・返金はできません。
- ＊初期不良サポートは日本国内に限ります。日本国外に持ち出した商品は、サポート対象外となります。
- ＊初期不良サポートを受けるには購入時のレシートが必要です。レシートを紛失したり破棄した場合はサポートを受ける事ができません。
- ＊レシートに印字された購入日から7日以内に、トイサピエンス（info@toysapiens.jp）までメールにてご連絡ください。7日を経過した場合はサポートを受ける事ができません。

- ＊Each exclusive item is limited to 2 units per customer. The following trading items may be purchased up to 2 sets of each per customer.

- ＊Entrance regulations will be put in place during busy hours. Please wait in line accordingly. Entry tickets will not be issued. Entrance may be refused depending on crowded situations.
Returns and Exchanges

- ＊Exchanges only accepted if item is damaged upon purchase. Replacements may not be available, and in such cases only returns and refunds can be accepted. Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the case of the customers own circumstances.
- ＊Exchange, return and refund support is limited to inside Japan only. Items taken outside of Japan will not be covered by support.
- ＊Purchase receipt is required to be eligible for support. Support will not be accepted if receipt is lost or destroyed.
- ＊Please contact Toy Sapiens (info@toysapiens.jp) by email within 7 days of the purchase date printed.
